    I’m seeing results already from the shred after 12 days. Need to get back on it today after yesterday’s rest day.

    30 Day Shred

    2 days off with illness but I started Level 3 today. OMG! Itís hard. Had to take a few little breaks.

    Iíve downloaded 6 pack in 6 weeks. Might give that a try later.

    I realise Iím talking to myself in here but Iím still doing my shred. Day 20 today. Feeling stronger by the day. I can now complete all of level 3 without breaks. When I first started level 3 it was hard. Lots of work on the arms and mine seem quite weak. Itís usually my arms that are most tired.

    I like level 3 but I think I moved to it too quickly because Iíll end up doing 20 days of Level 3. Unless I occasionally do Level 2 again.

    Final results are in. Iíve completed the 30 DS.
    I lost 5 lbs in weight so not much. But I feel better for it.

    Wow! That's a massive difference, I think I'll need to go and dig out my dvd and give it a go, I've got 4 weeks till I start work back from maternity leave and this could be just the kick I need. Well done, you look fab, xx

    Yeah wow well.done for doing the full 30.days aswell!!! Brilliant reaults i really.notice it in ur legs! I dont think u do loose much doing jillian as u build loads of muscle but u have defo lost inches!
