happening again?

So I had a missed miscarriage last year. Found out im pregnant again and dr thinks about 6-7 weeks. Hlast night after wiping there was some blood. Was a light pink and hasnt happened since. Though my boobs are not as sore or sensitive as they have been. Im still getting indigestion and am constipated. Sorry if too much info. Am I losing it again or is something else going on? Any replies welcone as am sending myself crazy thinking about it.
