I haven't, but have heard good things about c-section pants from mothercare on a group I'm on on Facebook. C-section support UK x

Not sure if this is ever checked but i need some advice.
I am 7 pp tomorrow and AF started on Tuesday however it is so heavy constantly changing pads. I can’t wear tampons as within an hour i am having to change them. Is this normal? AF isn’t normally this heavy xx

My first af after Aidan was vile. I was spotting for months then it got so heavy it was ridiculous. I have a friend who experienced similar too.
I’d say keep an eye on it & if you’re passing clots bigger than a 50p get checked out. Also get checked if you don’t feel right/want to put your mind at rest.
I haven’t had an af yet, but am not looking forward to it
