Hi all. Well DD was weighed. 17lb 10oz!!!!! HV basically had a go and said she was too big. She's jumped from 75th to 91st centile in 5 weeks. I really don't like her. I feel like she talks down to me. I wish it was my old HV anyway they want to monitor her xx

You're up at stupid o clock too pudding! I'm now on my 3rd feed of the night. Finlay has managed to stay in his own bed tonight however so he must be feeling a bit better.

Both mine have got colds and are waking up thru the night! Just put Alfie back in his own bed, he's thrashing about far too much.
Pudding stuff the HV! U don't have to agree to extra monitoring if u don't want to and u feel ur lo is OK. X

Hope must be stealing all your babies sleep then she's done 7pm to 12.30am then 1am to 6.30am! She's feeding now but it would be lush if she went back down at 7 until 9!

Pudding I agree you don't have to let them monitor her if you don't want, tbh if your happy with her you don't have to get her weighed at all!

I only take Hope because with breastfeeding I can't see how Manu ounces she's having so really need to keep making sure she is gaining, I'm with her 24/7 I don't really see her growing that much because I always see her iykwim!

I'm glad hopes back to normal M2b! Isaac is also back to normal. Normal being every 90 mins!
Yesterday I was up with him at half
5 (usually lay in bed with him wide awake till 7/7.30) then we went back to bed at 7.30 for a feed he surprised me by sleeping 8 till 10. I am naïvely hoping he does the same today. I could get used to naps like that.

She's not gone back to sleep but is happily playing and talking away to herself in her big cot next door. I will leave her be until she cries then hopefully another feed then sleep!

Oh I wasn't up feeding. I just couldn't sleep through worry. I did feel that she was ok but now I'm worried. I don't want to do something that makes her unhappy. I was asking the HV questions and she was just ignoring them and talking about other stuff. Ah well. I am going to contact the base and see if I can see a different one so that I can properly talk. There was a lovely one last time.
Sorry there are some naughty babies. Hope you all got some sleep in the end

It's absolutely awful weather out there today. Pouring with rain so we will be drenched walking to and from school. Verity will be nice and tucked up and dry in her pram. She's just had the 2nd half of a mango surprise jar - she liked that one!

Well done hope! Sounds like all that food did the trick!
Pudding please don't worry yourself too much, its not worth losing sleep over, its just a hv ! Tbh my friend is getting similar treatment as her 7 month old is not gaining enough all of a sudden. She missed a weigh in and they called her! Its so stupid, the mum is petite anyway as is her 3 year old who is thriving. They really should make more sensible judgements rather than just judge it on the chart!

How much of a jar do your little ones eat? I got two free ones and were going to use them for when we go to Stockport. Do you heat them up?
