Help needed please

I took a pregnancy test the other day, it came back with a very faint 2nd line, positive,but the next day i had a heavy bleed, lasted 2 day n then nothing. I took another test but this was negative so now im confused. Have i miscarried or was it a false positive?

I was 11 days past ovulation when i got the bfp. Nurse at drs seems to think iv had a miscarridge but iv had them b4 and iv not had any pains this time
