Just had this text message from an unknown number. Does anyone know what it means?!?

I think some phones can send a 'help' message in emergency situations,by hitting certain buttons, and they get send to pre registed numbers, I have it on mine and thats what it sent to gav when I put his number in

Thanks, my sister just told me it's because my mum has French students stay with her over the summer and she's put my number in as an emergency contact on the phone they give them to use in the UK.
