How do you make them ? ( I read "coconut and lime cakecuddles - cos I'm a bit slow post-nap)

We're having roast lamb, broccoli, potatoes and peas. And I've just found out that Carrot cake with orange buttercream icing gets rid of the nasty burning in my throat/oesophegus which makes me feel sick - so I shall also be eating cake!

I had cheese stuffed chicken breasts with jacket potatoes.

    Very cheesy, but so good.
