Thanks everyone, I'm fine, turns out I've got a urine infection and that combined with the heat of the bath is what caused me to faint. I've been given a course of antibiotics. Blood pressure is fine...

The nurse I spoke to on the phone said it could have just been the heat from the bath but best just getting checked out anyway. Just waiting to be seen. X
