Breakfast is varied due o work and nursery. Freya is a grazer so can be eating breakfast from 7-11, just picking bits. Lunches at 12 when at home, dinner
I think round about this point your symptoms start to calm down as the hormones start levelling out and I'm not sure if the placenta starts to take over
